This page explains how you can request deletion of your Cattle Pal account (the livestock disease-diagnosis app published by Nevronus Systems) and the data associated with it, which data is removed, which data is retained, and for how long.
Option 1 — Delete your account from inside the app
The fastest way is directly within Cattle Pal, while signed in:
- Open the Cattle Pal app and make sure you are signed in with your Google account.
- Tap the menu (☰) icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- In the drawer that opens, tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us and we will delete your account for you:
- Send an email to info@nevronus.com.
- Use the subject line “Delete my Cattle Pal account”.
- Send it from the same email address you used to sign in, so we can verify ownership.
We verify each request to protect against unauthorized deletions, then process it within 7 days and confirm by email once complete.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

What data is kept, and why

Retention period
Account and personal data are removed immediately when you delete your account in the app, or within 7 days for email requests. Any residual copies in encrypted system backups are purged within 90 days. Anonymized data and records we are legally required to keep are retained as described in the table above.
